We’re looking for additional production firepower (hybrid on-site or remote) to help us take our project team’s capabilities to the next level.
We’re on the hunt for a game producer with mastery over project planning methodologies and production tooling to own delivery discipline for a wicked AA roguelite currently in pre-production.
You’ll have the opportunity to build development pipelines, define project processes, and facilitate creatives in delivering their best results according to the project schedule. And if you’re a special kind of crazy, you’ll have a hell of a lot of fun in the process.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
- Own delivery discipline and scheduling for an AA PC/Console project
- Own the process of working with developers to break complex technical feats into well-defined work packages and tasking across disciplines
- Work in lock-step with the Product Owner/Game Director to ensure overall project health
- Build and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and milestones, and coordinate development work across disciplines to ensure reliable execution
- Drive the disciplined use of project management tooling within your team
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks to support predictable, on-time delivery
- Report on project status to senior management and external stakeholders both on-site and remotely
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Experience shipping multiple games, ideally for PC & Consoles
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and production tooling (such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.)
- A detail-oriented approach to project planning and turning the abstract into the actionable
- Experience driving development efficiency on complex projects
- A deep understanding of the intricacies of game development
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A team-first mentality and self-starting nature
- A diligent nature… with just a touch of devilish charm
